Dotis Residence C3 apartment has 47 m² floor area; has a modern living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, so our guests can find all the necessary tools for cooking, including a dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine so that our guests can do their laundry on site, what makes more comfortable staying longer, as well as plenty of packing space and built-in wardrobes for proper storage of clothes and other household items.
Our apartment house, located near to Old Lake, which is an ideal choice for those who are looking for peace and comfort, but at the same time want to stay close to the city's sights and restaurants.

Services
We provide cleaning once a week with a change of bed linen and towels, but more frequent cleaning is also available upon request. We offer a reception service available by phone, we personally hand over the apartments to arrivals between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Entry to the building is granted to those arriving in the late afternoon or evening.
